Productivity Apps

Apple's built-in productivity applications store rich structured data in SQLite databases. Calendar events reveal scheduling patterns and meeting participants, Reminders track task lists with completion dates, and Notes contain user-created content including text, tables, attachments, and drawings. These artifacts provide insight into user planning, communication patterns, and information that the user considered important enough to record.
